About Us
A Family on a Mission
SafeNest Autism was founded by Clint and Heather Braden — parents, advocates, and fierce protectors of their beautiful daughter Ember. As a nonverbal autistic child, Ember taught them firsthand what traditional home safety overlooks. After searching endlessly for tools that truly addressed her needs, they realized they had to create something new. So they did.
What began as a personal project to make their home safer and more predictable for Ember soon grew into a calling: to help other families facing similar challenges. With backgrounds in compliance, leadership, and care, the Bradens combined their experience and passion to launch SafeNest Autism — a company built with heart, guided by empathy, and grounded in real-life solutions.
Why SafeNest?
Because your home should be a place of comfort — not constant worry. And because safety should never come at the expense of dignity or freedom. We work with families to create personalized, autism-informed home safety solutions that empower both caregivers and individuals.
